It can be as simple as using your legs.
(AND A HALF)
This all began back in 2019 when I was training for the 2020 London Marathon, on behalf of Pancreatic Cancer, in memory of Dad. The run was cancelled because of the Pandemic but my position reopened for the 2021 London Marathon instead. For extra value for money, I've thrown in the Royal Parks Half Marathon too. The half Marathon was run virtually (13.1 miles run independent ly) but the 2021 London Marathon will go ahead as per usual, and I will be one of the 50,000 runners making their way from Greenwich to Buckingham Palace on the day.
