It can be as simple as using your legs.
(AND A HALF)
This all began back in 2019 when I was training for the 2020 London Marathon, on behalf of Pancreatic Cancer, in memory of Dad. The run was cancelled because of the Pandemic but my position reopened for the 2021 London Marathon instead. For extra value for money, I've thrown in the Royal Parks Half Marathon too. It has been confirmed that the half marathon will be run independently (13.1 miles on my own), but am hopeful the world would have settled by the time the London Marathon starts up again. If it's going to be a virtual Marathon again I will defer until next year. I just want to be safe, and there's no telling what 26 miles is going to do to me if I do this on my own.
